Recipe preparation
Cut the cheese into small pieces, put in a small saucepan and put on low heat.
When the cheese begins to melt, pour in the cream and, stirring occasionally, bring to a boil.
Then turn off the heat.
Cut the meat across the grain into pieces 1.5-2 cm thick.
Fry on both sides until golden brown, season with salt and pepper and cook until tender.
Serve hot with sauce.
