Recipe preparation
Dilute the cream with water and divide into two parts. Add sweetener and gelatin to both parts.
Whip one part with mascarpone, pour into molds, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Mix the second part with cocoa and pour over the set white layer. Refrigerate until fully set.
Serve in portions of 3 per group.
