When mentioning the upper arm, guys usually think of the biceps and triceps, which are the focus of all their efforts in the gym. But there is another inconspicuous muscle that you definitely need to pay attention to if you want to reach your full potential: the shoulder muscle.
The shoulder muscle is of great importance, which is explained by its functional responsibilities. The main function of this muscle is to flex the arm at the elbow joint. It is impossible to imagine arm training without this movement, right? But if you think that hammer flexion is enough to work out the shoulder muscle, you are unlikely to be able to fully develop the growth potential of the upper arm.
Add just two specific exercises to your arm day and do them for the next eight weeks. They don't take much time, but you'll notice gigantic improvements in both hand size and strength.
