How to pump up the forearms: 4 training programs
The program is saved in the diary and available in our app
Description
Forearms are an important part of a harmoniously developed musculature, but many bodybuilders ignore them, focusing on shoulders, chest, and quadriceps. Training smaller muscles (forearms, calves, rear delts, hamstrings) completes the development of your entire muscle complex and makes your physique proportional. It is these muscles that can help you win competitions or earn admiration from others. Forearms also develop the strength needed for lifting weights, which helps you progress in other areas – back, shoulders, biceps.
Forearms receive some stimulation from curls, rows, and presses, but to fully unlock their potential (especially if they are a weak point), specialized routines are necessary. Forearm training requires special attention, discipline, and a well-thought-out plan with adequate volume, intensity, and the use of various angles.
The forearm is a complex group of muscles: the brachialis and brachioradialis are responsible for elbow flexion, the pronator teres handles rotation, flexor muscles close the hand, and extensor muscles open it. A comprehensive program must include movements for the full development of all parts of the forearm.
Always use proper technique and do not lift too much weight to ensure your safety.
