How to do dip-ups on the uneven bars - an option for working out the pectoral muscles
Hold the body on weight with outstretched arms, as shown in the figure. This will be your starting position. As you inhale, lower yourself down while tilting your torso forward about 30 degrees, slowly bending your elbows until you feel a stretch in your chest muscles. As you exhale, return to the starting position using the pectoral muscles. Tip: Don't forget to tighten your chest at the end of this movement. Complete the required number of repetitions. Variations: If this is your first time doing this exercise, and you doubt your abilities, you can use a special simulator. These machines use a counterweight to help you press your own weight. If this is not possible, use the help of a partner who will support the legs. As you gain experience and strength, you will be able to perform the exercise with extra weight using plates attached to your belt.
