How to do dumbbell chest row
Hold a dumbbell in your hand. Lower your hand down as shown in the picture. The arms are relaxed, but with a slight bend in the elbow joint. The back is straight. Free hand on the belt. This will be your starting position. Trying to maximize the use of the muscles of the shoulders, as you exhale, raise the dumbbell to the level of the chest. Try to keep your movements guided by your elbows. On an inhale, lower the dumbbell down to the starting position. It is important to clearly control the working weight, since if done incorrectly, asymmetries in muscle growth are possible. Moreover, there is a possibility of damage to the shoulder joint. Try to do this exercise without jerks and sudden movements.
