To perform this exercise, you will need an EZ bar and Scott's bench. Sit on a bench, resting your elbows on the stand, as shown in the figure. Use the help of a partner, he will give you a barbell, which you must take by the inner bend. The palms are facing forward. The chest is pressed to the stand, the elbows are fixed.
