How to do incline barbell pullover
Lie down on an incline bench with your legs secure. Take the barbell from behind your head with a wide grip so that your palms are facing up. Slowly lift the bar off the floor. Your arms should be straight and perpendicular to the floor. This will be your starting position. Start moving the bar back behind your head. Stop moving when your arms are parallel to the floor. Tip: Keep your arms straight throughout the exercise. Remember that movement occurs only in the shoulder joint. As you exhale, lift the bar up to the starting position. Control the movement of the bar. Perform the required number of repetitions according to your training program. When you're done with the set, slowly lower the barbell behind your head and gently place it on the floor. Variations: You can also use an EZ bar or dumbbells to perform this exercise.
