Set the machine to the appropriate weight and adjust the seat to your height. The handles of the simulator should be at the level of the upper part of the pectoral muscles. The head and chest should be directed upwards, the shoulder blades should be brought together. This will be your starting position. Press the handles away from you, extending your arms at the elbows.
