How to do inclined pushups

Stand in front of a bench or any firm, elevated surface (the higher the surface, the easier the pushups will be). Place your hands on a surface slightly wider than your shoulders. Take your legs back and take emphasis on your socks, as shown in the image. Perform a push-up with your arms fully extended, while they should be perpendicular to the body. Keep your body straight while moving. Lower slowly and under control until your chest touches the ground. Repeat as many times as needed.
