Sit in the leg press machine. Place your feet on the platform. Feet shoulder width apart. Lower the safety stops, press the platform up, straightening your legs in front of you. The torso and straightened legs should form a right angle. This will be your starting position. As you inhale, slowly lower the platform by bending your legs. Lower the platform until your knees are bent at a 90 degree angle. As you exhale, return the platform to its original position by straightening your legs.
