Sit on the floor. Place a roller under your lower back. Cross your arms over your chest, spread your shoulder blades. This will be your starting position.
Raise your hips by shifting your weight onto the roller as shown. Turn to each side alternately, moving the weight to the left and right, as shown in the figure. At the end of each turn, linger for 10-30 seconds.
