Grab the straight or EZ handle attached to the lower pulley with both hands in a reverse grip (palms up) at shoulder width. Lie on your back, straightening and fixing your legs on the sides of the simulator, as shown in the figure. The arms are extended to the sides, the elbows are pressed to the body. Slightly bend your elbows. This will be your starting position. Keeping your shoulders still and your elbows pressed to your body, exhale as you bend your arms for biceps.
