Lie on your back and pull your knees up to your chest. Wrap your arms around your knees. If you experience discomfort, wrap your legs under your knees to relieve pressure on your joints. Slowly pull your knees towards your shoulders. This exercise will allow you to stretch the gluteal muscles as well.
