How to do narrow pushups
Lie face down on the floor. Rest your palms on the floor. The palms should be less than shoulder width apart. Straighten your arms, keeping your weight on your outstretched arms. As you inhale, lower yourself down, bending your elbows. Keep moving until your chest almost touches the floor. Squeezing the triceps and abdominals, as you exhale, return to the starting position, straightening your arms. After a short pause, repeat the movement, performing the required number of repetitions. Variations: To facilitate the exercise, bend your legs, resting on the floor not with your socks, but with your knees. To make the exercise more difficult, place your feet on an elevated surface, such as a bench.
