Lie on the floor as you would for a one-arm kettlebell press from a prone position. Take the weight by the handle. Bend the leg on the same side at the knee and place it in such a way that it crosses the midline of the body as shown in the figure. Push the kettlebell up while straightening your elbow. Return to starting position.
