Lie face down on the floor. Take a position on your toes and one hand. The working arm should be located exactly under the shoulder and fully extended. The legs should be straight and wide apart (much wider than with classic push-ups). Take your free hand behind your back. This will be the starting position. Lower yourself until your chest almost touches the floor. Slowly return to the starting position. Returning to the starting position, change hands and do the same for the other hand.
