You will need two discs (pancakes). Put them together. For the exercise, disks with pronounced edges are better suited (for easier grip). Take them as shown in the picture. This will be your starting position. Squeeze the disks in the palm of your hand. Hold this position for as long as you can. Complete the required number of repetitions. Change your hand and repeat the exercise.
