Recipe preparation

Crust: grate cheese, add eggs, vanillin and sweetener.

Approximate proportions - for every 100 grams of cheese / 1 egg / 1 scoop of sweetener.

Knead the dough, divide into 4 parts and gently distribute in a non-stick frying pan, fry each pancake in turn on both sides.

Cream: beat the cheese, cream (33%), sweetener and lemon juice with a blender.

Smear the cakes with cream, decorate as desired.
