Prepare the dressing by putting all the ingredients (olive oil, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, herbs, salt and pepper) into a bowl and whisk with a fork.
Put the coarsely chopped salad in the dressing and mix.
Fry the bacon in a dry frying pan until crispy.
Transfer to paper towels to absorb excess fat.
Cut the celery into thin slices diagonally.
Peel the avocado and also cut into slices.
Put the seasoned lettuce leaves in the plates, put the avocado, bacon and celery on top, sprinkle with blue cheese.
