Recipe preparation
Rinse the mushrooms thoroughly under cold water, put in a colander and let the water drain.
Very large champignons should be cut into two or four parts.
Transfer the mushrooms to a bowl, season with salt and pepper and add mayonnaise.
Mix gently with your hands and leave for 5-10 minutes.
Grease a baking sheet or baking dish with vegetable oil, transfer the mushrooms and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes at 200 ° C.
Sprinkle the hot mushrooms with finely chopped herbs and serve immediately.
