Recipe preparation

Clean squid carcasses from films.

Salt the water, cook for 1 minute from the moment it boils.

Cool under running water.

Cut into rings.

Fold the squid into a plastic bag, add 2-3 tbsp. sifted flour, shake.

Fry over high heat in oil on both sides.

Put on a napkin to allow the glass to excess oil.
