Recipe preparation
Finely chop the cabbage and put it in boiling water for 10 minutes
Cut the onion into half rings and simmer in a pan with vegetable oil until soft
Add minced meat and cook until meat turns white
Mix cream with tomato paste, salt and pepper
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil, put half of the cabbage and minced meat in it
Distribute 1/2 of the cream sauce evenly
Arrange leftover cabbage, top with cream and brush with beaten eggs
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ? for 30-40 minutes
