Recipe preparation

Break the eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt and sour cream, mix well with a whisk or mixer.

Pour 1 spoonful of flour into the dough, stirring well each time.

The consistency of the dough should be like a pancake.

Grind the cheese on a fine grater, chop the herbs, add everything to the dough and mix.

Heat some oil in a frying pan, pour 2-3 tbsp. spoons of dough, spread over the bottom of the pan.

Fry the tortilla for 3-5 minutes on each side.

Serve warm.
