Recipe preparation
Grate cheese.
Spread out with a spoon in a thin layer in a frying pan.
Wait until the cheese has completely melted, turn off the gas and wait until the cheese hardens.
Then turn the glass upside down and put the resulting cheese pancake on it, gently press the cheese to the glass, as soon as the cheese hardens, remove the tartlet from the glass.
You can come up with any filling in this tartlet, of course, from those products that are combined with cheese.
Perfect as a filling, a simple salad of their shrimp with cucumber and dill.
