Recipe preparation

Cut the chicken breasts lengthwise, but not to the end, but to make a pocket, salt and pepper.

Put the mushrooms in the "pocket".

Cover with the top of the breast.

Put on a baking sheet on foil, pour cream and a little salt on top.

When the chicken is ready, sprinkle with herbs and grated cheese, put in the oven for a few minutes, until the cheese is melted.
