Recipe preparation

Rinse the breasts and wipe dry.

Mix salt, pepper and whiskey.

Put half of the mixture into the mold, the breasts on it and cover with the remaining mixture.

Close the form and refrigerate for 24 hours.

Remove the breasts and rinse well from salt and spices.

Thoroughly blot the fillet water with a towel and wrap in a linen napkin or gauze.

Put in the refrigerator for a day.

Store in the refrigerator, wrapped in cheesecloth or a linen napkin.
