
Chicken fillet with mushrooms in a creamy cheese sauce

Wash the mushrooms thoroughly.
Cut them into small slices.
Chicken fillet is washed, cut into small pieces.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
In a deep frying pan heat a little vegetable oil.
On a high heat fry the mushrooms in small portions, do not fry all the mushrooms at once, otherwise they will give the juice and when stirred will turn into mushrooms.
Put the mushrooms in the pan in a single layer.
Fry the mushrooms until brown.
Put all the mushrooms in some dish and set aside for now.
In the same pan, where fried mushrooms, heat a little vegetable oil again and put chopped chicken filet.
The chicken should not be salted yet, otherwise it will give the juice.
Fry the filet on high heat for 5-7 minutes, the chicken should become brown.
Add the chicken to the fried mushrooms, salt and mix well.
In the pan, where the mushrooms and chicken fry, pour the cream, stir and turn down the heat to medium.
When the sauce thickens a little, you can season it with salt and pepper, add spices to taste and bring the sauce to a boil.
When the sauce boils, put grated cheese in the pan, again stir everything thoroughly.
The cheese will melt and the sauce will become homogeneous. We put chicken and mushrooms in a pan and we mix everything.
We remove a pan from heat.
