Recipe preparation
Carefully remove the skin from the chicken carcass, spread it on cling film, separate the meat from the bones.
Cut into medium pieces, stir in finely chopped garlic, salt, spices into the meat.
Spread the sausage mixture onto the prepared skin.
Stuff with olives, wrap the meat in the skin with cling film.
Transfer to foil, seam down, wrap in several layers, compacting and forming the desired shape.
Transfer to a baking sheet, pour some water and into the oven at 180 ° C for 1.5 hours.
Cool to room temperature, put in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
