Recipe preparation

Cut the chicken breast into cubes and fry in a little vegetable oil until light golden brown.

While the chicken is fried, finely chop the garlic.

Cut the washed champignons into pieces of the same size as the chicken breasts.

When the breasts are almost ready, add the garlic there.

After about 1-2 minutes add the mushrooms. Cook over high heat, stirring occasionally, for another 5 minutes.

Add cream and soy sauce at the very end.

Reduce heat and wait for the sauce to thicken a little
