Recipe preparation

Combine flour, baking soda, salt, sweetener and cocoa. Stir with a whisk.

Add the egg, softened butter, olive oil, cream and vinegar.

Mix everything with a mixer for 5 minutes.

Grease the form with oil.

Bake at 175 ° C for 30-40 minutes.

The finished cake will go out of shape almost immediately.

Place it gently upside down on the wire rack and remove the parchment.
