Soak gelatin with a glass of water for 30 minutes
Drain water from swollen gelatin
Simmer, add soy milk, cottage cheese, cocoa and sweetener
Mix everything with a blender into a homogeneous mass
Pour into a mold and refrigerate until it hardens
