Take 8 eggs and separate the yolks from the whites. You only need yolks
Pour the yolks into a saucepan, in which we will then heat them
Beat the yolks with sweetener with a blender to brighten
Then add cocoa 2 tsp, beat until smooth
Put on low heat, stirring with a whisk, add 50 ml of cream
Evaporate excess moisture, stirring constantly, so as not to burn
When the mass begins to thicken, remove from heat and beat again with a blender
Then we pour it into silicone molds
Put in the oven preheated to 170 ° С
Bring to readiness
Cool down
Chocolate:
Pour 150 g cream into a saucepan, 4 teaspoons cocoa, 50 g butter, sweetener
Heat over a fire, melt, stirring
Stir with a blender until smooth
Then we lay the cakes coating with chocolate
Refrigerate for 2-3 hours
