Recipe preparation

Prepare an ovenproof dish and brush with a little olive oil.

Arrange the steaks with salt on all sides.

Pepper a little, add fish spices.

Sprinkle with lemon juice.

Brush a little with mayonnaise or sour cream for more juiciness and a more appetizing crust.

Add a pinch of fresh herbs or dried herbs, for example.

Rosemary is perfect.

Grate the cheese on a medium grater and sprinkle on top.

Now the mold can be covered with a sheet of foil and sent to the preheated oven.

Cod is baked with cheese in the oven for about half an hour, after which the foil can be removed and allowed to brown.
