Recipe preparation

Grate 2 beets on a coarse grater, add water, when boiling add citric acid (half teaspoon), salt and sweetener, bring to a boil, remove the resulting foam, turn down the heat, cook for 10 minutes

Cool the broth.

Cut into small cubes cucumbers, and sausage, eggs and transfer to the pot, add chopped green onions and dill greens, stir, dilute the beet broth to desired consistency, if necessary, salt again.

Put the ready soup in the fridge for several hours, serve with sour cream
