Recipe preparation

Peel raw beets, rub on a coarse grater.

Put in a saucepan, pour in 3 liters of water, bring to a boil.

Pour in vinegar, salt, boil until the beets are ready.

Boil eggs hard-boiled, chop finely, put in a tureen; add finely chopped cucumbers.

Rinse and finely chop the greens, cut the sausage into cubes, add to the tureen, stir and cool.

Serve with sour cream and mayonnaise.
