Recipe preparation

Whisk 1.5 cups of cranberries with 4-5 tablespoons of sweetener with a blender

Whisk a pack of mascarpone (200g) with cream 35% (200g) and sweetener 5-6 sachets

Pre-softened gelatin 3-5 plates (depending on the desired consistency) add to the mixture, stir and add the cranberry mixture

Refrigerate for several hours
