Recipe preparation

Pour cream into a saucepan, put sweetener and yolks, put on fire and, stirring continuously, bring to a boil

Immediately remove from heat, without ceasing to stir and cool the mass

Beat the softened butter with a mixer and, without stopping whipping, pour in the egg-creamy mass in small portions

The cream, if desired, can be flavored with vanilla, caramel, "Amaretto" or rum
