Recipe preparation

For the cream:

100 ml cream 33%

Sweetener to taste

1 tbsp mascarpone curd cheese

Beat the egg, sweetener, cocoa, vegetable oil, cream, flour and baking powder

We put a cup of dough in the microwave for max. power for 3 minutes

Then we take the hot cake out of the mold and cut it into cakes

While the cake is cooling, prepare the cream: whip the cream with a sweetener, add the mascarpone and stir

Grease the cakes with cream and sprinkle with cocoa or grated chocolate on top
