Recipe preparation

Pour two tablespoons of coarse salt into the container at the bottom, put on it chicken breasts washed and dried and rubbed with vodka (you can without it) and abundantly sprinkled with spices

Pour two more tablespoons of salt on top of them

Refrigerate for two days

Then wash, soak depending on the desired salinity for 30 minutes or 2-3 hours

Wipe off and wrap in cheesecloth. Hang in the refrigerator on the bottom shelf
