Recipe preparation

Separate the white from the yolk

Beat the yolk and simmer in a water bath until thick, salt

Add Provencal herbs to the yolks

Whisk the whites until firm peaks. Mix the egg white with the yolk with a spatula

Preheat oven to 180 ?

On a baking sheet, put a greased silicone mat (you can bake on parchment paper) and put the dough on it

Bake at the lowest temperature for 10 minutes

Then cut as convenient

Use as a base for sandwiches
