Recipe preparation

Cut the eggplants into strips.

Chop hot peppers, garlic and onions very finely, add ginger to them.

Fry the eggplants in vegetable oil over high heat.

Fry all the eggplants.

When all the eggplants have been removed from the saucepan, add pepper, garlic and onion.

Oil can be added if necessary.

Fry for 1-2 minutes and add the eggplant.

Mix everything thoroughly, season with soy sauce and lemon juice.
