Recipe preparation

Wash the chicken and cut into portions.

Preheat a frying pan, there is a little oil.

Salt and pepper the chicken, add a little mayonnaise and your favorite spices.

Put in a skillet, fry for 10-15 minutes until tender.

I sprinkled with grated cheese on top and left under the lid for a few minutes.
