Recipe preparation

Chop the cucumber, tomatoes, peppers and feta, but not finely.

Tear salad and herbs with your hands.

Dry the olives from the brine.

Optionally, you can add red salad onions, thinly cut into rings or half rings.

Salad dressing:

Mix sunflower oil with lemon juice, Provencal herbs, oregano and a pinch of salt - stir.

Gently mix all the ingredients, add a little salt, pour over the dressing and serve immediately.
