Cut the ham into thin slices or ask the store to cut it into thin slices.
Cut the gherkins into halves lengthwise.
We take a plate of ham, grease with Philadelphia cheese, put half a gherkin and wrap it in a roll.
Put the finished rolls on lettuce leaves and sprinkle with herbs.
