Recipe preparation
Grate cheese and butter on a fine grater.
Stir into a homogeneous mass.
Grate the ham too.
Pour gelatin with a little water and let it swell.
Heat until the gelatin dissolves, but do not boil.
Cool down.
Take a mold, you can cover a bowl and cover it with cling film or cellophane.
Put a layer of cheese mass on the bottom.
Top with shabby ham and lightly drizzle with gelatin.
The next layer is cheese and butter again.
Behind it the ham and pour over the gelatin.
Finally, the cheese mass.
Put the mold in the refrigerator until the butter hardens.
Then carefully remove it from the mold, turn it over and remove the cellophane.
