Recipe preparation

Peel the lemon.

Twist in a blender.

Add sweetener.

Dissolve a pack of gelatin in a glass of warm water, leave for 40 minutes, let it swell.

Then heat it up in the microwave, add to a container with lemon (slightly less than half), darken a little over the fire.

Cool the cream with a sweetener, beat with a blender, add the remaining gelatin.

Place lemon and cream in the freezer.

Stir after cooling.
