Recipe preparation

We put the ears in water, salt and boil for 2 hours.

Cut the finished ears into noodles.

Pass the garlic through a crusher.

Put the cut ears in a deep cup, pour with vinegar, add sweetener and knead.

Season with a mixture of hot spices and salt.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, turn off and add garlic.

Fill the ears with oil.
