Recipe preparation

Take a chicken and marinate it in whatever you like – for example, I used mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. You can also add crushed garlic and leave it for some time, preferably overnight.

Take a one-liter jar, preferably a narrow one, fill it with water a little more than halfway, and place the chicken on the jar.

If you have a special stand for this kind of chicken, you can put a glass of water inside or even a small thick glass (whatever fits).

Place everything on a baking tray and add a little water to the tray so the fat doesn’t burn. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C until fully cooked.
