Recipe preparation
Wash the mint and pick off the leaves.
Season the meat with salt and pepper on all sides.
Cover it completely with mint leaves.
Place a sprig of thyme on top.
Pour into a baking sheet 2 tbsp. of vegetable oil, put the meat and brush it with another spoonful of vegetable oil.
Place the meat in an oven preheated to 200 ° C for 15 minutes, then add vinegar, 1/2 cup water, chopped into chives, but not peeled garlic.
Bake for 40-45 minutes.
Once the meat is done, turn off the oven and do not open it for another 10 minutes.
Serve lamb with rice or vegetables.
